This edition of the Tiger Annual series from Fleetway is as good as it gets for these publications from the 1970s.

This annual includes all the big name British comic book characters, including Roy of the Rovers, Johnny Cougar, Splash Gorton, Kid Solo, Matin's Marvellous Mini.

There are also some dedicated sports features:

In addition, this annual is in really, really top condition: the original price of "95p" is in place on the inside front cover; the cover boards are straight, strong with sharp corners top and bottom; the spine is straight and strong with only the most minor of bumps to the bottom; cover colours are vivid and unfaded.

Taking the descriptions on comicbooks.about.com, I really think this is up there in the Very Fine bracket, if not touching the Near Mint. Take a look at the photos and decide yourself.
