• Original price of 80p tag is intact, not clipped
• Spine is intact and tightly bound - no lose pages
• Sharp corners to the cover boards - bad bump to the bottom of the rear cover board

All-in-all, it seems to match the 'fine' rating as per comicbooks.about.com. I'll leave it to you to decide.
