There are other heroic tales included the Battle for Malta, the Finger of Death, Gorgeous Gus of Redburn Rovers, "Killer" Kennedy R.N. and a profile of British army transport vehicles.

I'm once again amazed by the condition of this old annual. Corners are sharp, cover boards straight, spine tight and pages bright. Minor bumps to the top and bottom of the spine remind one of the age of this issue, as does the original price tag of 85p that remains unclipped on the inside page.
