This Fleetway Annual (published by IPC Magazines), is the only Valiant annual in my collection. The cover features the hero Tim Kelly, wearing the powerful Eye of Zoltec and caught in an alien web. This is the preface to a story in which Kelly battles the one-eyed Lord Vulcan on the planet Zoltec.

As regards to condition, this book has:

• Original price intact and unclipped ("80p") 
• Straight & flat coverboards 
• Strong spine and no loose pages 
• Sharp but slightly bumped coverboard corners 
• Very minor bumps to top & bottom of spine 
• Unfaded colour cover and internal pages 
• Minor tanning to margins of black & white pages
